Janina Kugel

Janina is Vice President and Head of Business Transformation at Siemens ICN, Group Strategy. The Business Transformation department runs Strategy and Business Transformation projects within ICN.

Janina has a Master of Economics, with majors in Marketing and Organizational Design from the University of Mainz, Germany, and the Università degli Studi di Verona, Italy.
Previous to working with Siemens, Janina worked several years in Management Consulting, competency of Change Management at Accenture. During this period she worked for major companies throughout Europe, mainly focussing on process re-engineering and organizational design.
